I just rediscovered lomography- using wierd lenses and flashes to create cool photos. I’m going to buy a fisheye camera and a disposable lomolito red color flash camera for my cousins. They’re really expensive cameras, but I think the whole movement and overall effects are quite cool. Very underground.

I first encountered the cameras in Japan. The Roppongi Hills Art and design museum shop had them on display and Ashley bought the Oktomat. It takes eight pictures in sequence so she had us jumping around for a while. I like the color flash cameras since they give cool lighting effects- the background is a different color than the foreground.
