My 3 objectives for the project:

Provide more visible guidance through entire process

Update visual design of interface and product photography

Show clear call-to-actions to get people into & through the app as quickly/easily as possible

I worked with a ux designer to make improvements on Snapfish's bookmaking application. Through listening lab user testing, we discovered flow issues when creating a new book. I created prototypes in flash and mocked up screens to test during our iterative design process. I conducted some sessions and helped to brainstorm solutions. After negotiating timelines, code flexibilty and usability, I produced the final designs based on the prototype we tested. I worked with the flex team to implement artwork and coordinated with the creative director on how to incorporate new visual elements throughout the site.

I created a new set of pages focusing on customers' book making experiences. These pages were to provide inspiration to other customers and a give an easy way to start their own book with a similar theme.

I designed the page layout to feel like a blog post in order to showcase our customer's voice. I photographed the author and their books. To ensure sustained content creation and quality, I provided a content template, design specs, and photography shot lists.

This flash animation was created for the Holiday welcome page. I developed the initial type treatment of the new campaign slogan, "Spread some Snappiness". Part of the challenge of the project included marrying the visual look of the new campaign to the concurrent Winter toolkit. I incorporated the colors and violator shapes of the previous toolkit with new art of the santa hat and stars.

I designed this diagram as a site feature for Baseballrox.com. The diagram resizes fluidly to reflect the different change in measurements. I designed the graphic elements and coded the interactivity in AS3 using common flash components. The printable button also creates a grayscale version suitable for printing.
